Coronary stenting is one of the latest ways at unblocking arteries in the human body. The method involved works at creating a bypass to unblock blockages in the blood flow from and to the heart. The catheter is put into the artery in the body and pushed in until it reaches the blockage. A balloon is then used to get the catheter to expand to the normal size of the artery and allow blood to flow more easily.
