Paypal Unblocks Account

Paypal an e-payment services company mostly used for eBay transactions and owned by eBay for a while until recently had frozen funds for a dog rescue organization. That rescue organization named Second Chance Poundies helps dogs in the United Kingdom was using paypal to receive donations for their organization. But earlier this week paypal froze the account for a time without giving reason as to exactly why they froze funds in the first place for the dog rescue organization. After realizing the account had been frozen and not getting anywhere with paypal Second Chance Poundies took matters into there own hands contacting a local paper to get publicity. It wasn't until The Independent in the UK wrote a story about the situation things were unblocked and free flowing again in the paypal account. But this situation and others are actually quite common with Paypal. Some of Paypal’s major flaws lye in how it was initially setup as a company for initially only eBay transactions and not other functions like donations you might see a bank handling. Not to mention support at Paypal is all completely outsourced to the Philippines.
